HK Corporation Formation fee at only HK$2,500.-

On top of our professional charge, client has to pay only HK$6,000 more for Government administration fees like: Certificate of Incorporation and once-and-for-all registration of HK$1,720, stamp duty and the first year Business Registration fee of HK$2,600, documents in respect of directors and company secretary appointments, statutory record kit, common seal and pre-inked company chop, printng of M & A and share certificates. We further offer free services preparing documents for bank accounts opening with one set of certified true copies of the stipulated documents endorsed by our practising accountants.

Company Secretarial Services and Deregistration

Annual retention fee for acting as a company secretary is only HK$2,800, or only HK$1,800 for preparing annual routine documents without being appointed (inclusive of Annual Return preparing and filing worthy HK$1,000). We charge only HK$800 for Changes in Company Name, Director or Company Secretary appointment, HK$1,000 for share transfer, issuance, allotment or increases in authorised capital. For Corporate Deregistration, our professional fee is only HK$2,200.

Tailor-made Accountancy, Taxation and Audit Services for Companies and Individuals

For only HK$800-up monthly, we provide full set computerized accounting service. It costs only HK$5,000-up if on yearly basis. For statutory audit and taxation services for corporation, free initial consultation at which reasonable fees will be fixed. Taxation service for individual costs only HK$500-up

Computer System Integration and Maintenance

With our IT associates, we provide hardware and software installation, implementation and maintenance. We sell fully licensed accounting softwares including Accpac, MYOB, Quick Book Pro, PeachTree , etc. with technical backup and training.
